Consignment Services:

Holland Hardware B.V Consignment Services will help liquidating your financial situation, recovering revenue as well as updating your current Cisco, Foundry, 3Com, Extreme, Nortel, and other network equipment. This service can easily turn your unused Cisco, Foundry, 3Com, Extreme, and Nortel network equipment into cash. With these services we intend to provide a money-making option by relocating the equipment that is no longer needed by your business. Surplus Cisco, Foundry, 3Com, Extreme, and Nortel network equipment creates storage costs and maintenance costs, which may cause a financial burden in the long run. However, not every company likes to spend valuable time to locate a buyer for these extra stocks. Holland Hardware B.V is able to provide a solution for your unused inventory, including buy-back, trade-in and replacement of New, Refurbished or Used Cisco, Foundry, 3Com, Extreme, and Nortel. Product Recheck and Packaging:

The refurbished and used network equipment that Holland Hardware provides will go through a regular check up after it arrives in the warehouse. Boxes will be opened, and products will be inspected after arriving in Holland Hardware warehouse. All goods will be sent to our customers only if it follows the checking procedure, by this we assure that all the equipment is in good conditions and meets customers’ requirement. The well inspected item will then be repacked. We use foam, bubble rap, sturdy boxes and pack items correctly to avoid possible damage that may be caused by transportation.

Holland Hardware at this moment is not in the position of providing testing services for our customers or partners. Nevertheless, our co-partners are capable of taking care of the spare part logistics and testing issues. Until we have established a facility system in Q3/Q4 2006.

We will require testing and inspection services done by our Co-partners before delivering to our warehouse. Therefore, we reinsure that when the products come in, they have been properly checked and tested. This process helps us ascertain credibility and satisfaction of our customers’ world wide.

Logistics:

Holland Hardware fully understands the importance of the lead-time as to our precious customers, hence we only work with TNT, FedEx, UPS and other reliable well-known logistic carriers; to ensure our customers a safe and fast delivery. The delivery will be sent the same day as the placed orders come into our warehouse. The delivery terms vary from time to time according to the requirement of our customers. We would like our customers to experience a first class delivery services.   

Warranty:

New equipment comes with a standard warranty provide by the manufacturers or distributors.

The warranty of used and refurbished equipment vary from the conditions of the equipment. Standard warranty provided by Holland Hardware on used and refurbished equipment is three months.
