Holland Hardware B.V. will replace all non-working/defective products within the warranty period, to ensure your matter is properly handled, please note the following policies:
- Customers shall inform Holland Hardware of any (possible) non-working or defective equipment by Telephone, Fax and/or E-Mail prior to the shipment of the possible defective goods.
- Status of the return product must be the same as it was delivered; otherwise it will not be accepted.
- All products must be returned with the original packing as it was delivered, with original boxes, manuals, cable etc.
- RMA will not be issued for the items that have not been properly installed, or mishandled by the customer.
- Customer will be issued the credit of equivalent invoice price for next purchase, or money refund if the defective product cannot be replaced.
- If the damage has been made during the transportation, the party who arrange the delivery will be held reliable for the damage. If Holland Hardware does not arrange the shipment of the product, we will not accept RMA for such product.
- All return products shall follow the RMA procedure as list below; Holland Hardware does not receive any return products if the customer does not complete the RMA procedure.
RMA Procedure:
1 If your order appears to be defective, or it is not functioning properly please inform your Holland Hardware sales representative within 3 working days after delivery.
2 If the matter cannot be solved. Customer is kindly asked to fill in the RMA form and return the product.
3 Customer needs to fill out the RMA request per Purchase order.
4 Serial Number must be appeared in the RMA form.
5 Holland Hardware is not responsible to provide RMA for customer’s misordered products.
